Who am I?

Nice to meet you, I'm Mariana Leila

French and Brazilian, I speak four languages and am a multi-layered person: artist, researcher, therapist, mentor, and educator.

My life revolves around art, movement, philosophy, spirituality, and exploration of the human psyche. I enjoy dreaming of more beautiful worlds and also creating concrete pathways to make them happen.

Here I share my different versions and projects, all guided by the desire to live and create with soul.

My services as a mentor, therapist, and educator arise from the intersection of self-knowledge, art, body, and soul. I guide adults, children, and adolescents (ages 6 to 14), individually or in groups, through processes that foster human development and the blossoming of an authentic identity connected to life.

Living with Soul Therapeutic Mentoring (adults)

A 4- to 6-month program that promotes internal and external movement, releases blockages, and fosters transformation. It combines Jungian art therapy, somatic and bioenergetic bodywork, organizational mentoring, and strategic guidance to fulfill the soul's calling.

Group experiences Lab of Feelings and Creations (adults)

Study, movement, and artistic creation workshops that explore archetypes, creative expressions, and new ways of feeling and expressing. A space for therapeutic and artistic experimentation.

Colors of the Heart: Individual Art Therapy (children and adolescents)

Individual sessions that strengthen self-esteem, promote creativity and unique expression, and support emotional management through art therapy.

Connecting Hearts: Art Therapy Groups (children and adolescents)

Small groups of up to 10 children in creative workshops that cultivate self-esteem, identity, authentic expression, and values around love for oneself, others, nature, and life.

Artistic creations

Here I share my creative processes and artistic creations, not with the intention of teaching or selling, but to express what pulses within me. Creating is giving body to the voice of my soul, a vital need that expresses itself in dances, paintings, gazes, and writings. I believe that when one allows oneself to create from their inner universe, it paves the way for others to be inspired to do the same. Therefore, here, I allow myself to be art.
