Colors of the Heart
Individual sessions with art therapy resources that strengthen self-esteem, promote creativity, encourage the blossoming of singular expression, and support emotional management.
Caring for the soul in its growth phase.
Individual art therapy sessions offer children and adolescents a safe, welcoming, and playful space to express themselves, strengthen their self-esteem, and develop emotional and social skills.
We live in a time when many young people face significant challenges: anxiety, ADHD, depression, ASD, family or school changes, as well as factors such as excessive screen time and distance from nature. Even those without obvious issues also benefit from a space where their creativity, authenticity, and inner world can flourish.
Art therapy is a care pathway that unites head, hands, and heart. Through artistic and symbolic resources, it supports children and adolescents in:
Strengthen self-esteem, self-confidence and autonomy
Develop socio-emotional skills such as empathy, self-regulation and communication
Stimulate creativity and unique expression, finding unique ways to communicate and solve challenges
Supporting the management of emotions, helping to get through difficult times or life changes
The sessions are tailored to each child's needs and profile, respecting their pace and interests. It's not about "teaching art," but about using the creative process as a language to access and nurture the inner world.
Service format:
Modality: individual
Age range: children and adolescents from 6 to 14 years old
Frequency: weekly
Session duration: 1h to 1h30

More than a therapeutic resource, art therapy is a space of connection and enchantment, where each young person can experience the pleasure of creating, recognize their value and feel seen and welcomed in their uniqueness.
